Origin
Native to Central America and the Caribbean.

Climate
Temperatures between 65° and 75° are ideal. Philodendron are considered a low light plant but like bright light. They also like a more humid environment but are ok with normal household humidity (40-60%). All together not really picky.

Water needs
They need to dry out between waterings and do not like to sit in soggy soil.

Toxicity
This plant is toxic to humans, dogs and cats when ingested.

Growth habit
Most Philodendrons are natural climbers and can climb up to 20 feet. They like it best when they have something to climb on but can be beautiful hanging plants also. It's up to you.
